it works. you don't fill it with water, you just soak the tip in it. i tried 200ml water, 25ml dishwashing liquid, 25g sugar. it's good but i need to change the formula a bit. Me and my son enjoy it a lot, going to buy more for my family, it s gonna be fun at the beach! Reccomend
